Kotter cont: Guiding Coalition and Vision/Mission

I continue with highlighting the work of Kotter in culture change.  In this video blog I discuss the steps; creating a guiding coalition and developing a vision and mission.  These are two very critical steps early on in the cahnge process.  I have also offered the presentation, "Silence: A Never Event" to the first three people or organizations to reach out to me.  The only expense is getting me there.  I am so compeled to get this word out there that feel this may augment things.  I hope you enjoy episode 5 and as always, I welcome your feedback.
